Project Examples
Cambior's Yvan Vezina Mine, QC Yvan Vezina Decommissioning Denison Environmental Services was awarded the complete decommissioning project for the Yvan Vezina Mine in the fall of 2000. Later that same year the demolition of the facility was completed. Denison returned to the site the following spring to perform the final cleanup and landscaping of the site. The package of services included the removal and sale of all remaining assets along with the demolition. Our own forces removed the hoist, mills and a wide variety of other milling and mining assets. All of these assets have been sold. Yvan Vezina,September 2000 (below)
